POST TITLE Branch Manager
Description Managing the office, fulfilling bookings, training staff and growing the office.

Hours Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17:00 + on call rota
Location Sheffield, S9 1BX
Salary Competitive + Car or Car Allowance

  • As the Branch Manager you are required to lead, motivate and support a team of 2+ within a time-sensitive and demanding environment.
  • Manage and maintain customer relationships – establish new ones to further enhance our presence in the market place.
  • To ensure the recruitment and selection procedures meet the operational needs, legislative requirements and in line with industry recruitment practices
  • To ensure all candidate administration and compliance is completed, filed and entered into our in-house system
  • Manage and develop the recruitment team
  • Report and monitor on relevant recruitment metrics and KPI targets
  • Place job adverts that promote our benefits, company culture and values
  • Represent the company on social media channels to advertise our vacancies and D&D as an employer
Perm or Temp Permanent
Qualifications / Experience needed
  • A minimum of 2-year experience in the recruitment industry, preferably in a transport environment
  • Effective managerial and leadership skills, having had previous experience is managing a team and being responsible for the team’s results
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and EU / WTD legislation.
  • Strong understanding of how to leverage web and social technologies to increase recruitment pipeline
  • Have an understanding of the current economic and sector climate and recruitment trends
  • Have good interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Full clean driving licence.
