POST TITLE Accounts Administrator
Description With the growth of our new and existing client base we require an experienced accounts administrator to assist our payroll department with day to day tasks.

Salary £16,000 – £19,000 (depending on experience)

Qualifications / Experience needed
  • Processing high volumes of invoices
  • Matching PO numbers to Invoices
  • Ensuring candidate invoices match client invoices
  • Handling complex queries in a professional and timely manor
  • Processing weekly payroll for 3 offices and raising any issues with consultants remotely from HO
  • Experience of one of the following SAGE 50, Xero and Paychex Flex is essential
